Using Trilno

Trilno lets you compare travel insurance plans from the insurance providers we work with. The prices and benefits shown come from those providers. A plan you buy is a contract between you and the provider that underwrites it, and its policy document sets out what is covered.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and tick the box agreeing to texts, Trilno will text you:

• a one-time code when you sign in to your account, and
• a link back to a quote you asked for, so you can finish it later or on another device.

We do not send marketing texts from this program. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of getting a quote or buying a plan.

How often. Message frequency varies. You receive a text only when you sign in or ask for your quote link.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

To stop. Reply STOP to any text from us. We will send one message confirming it and then no more. Reply START to receive texts again.

For help. Reply HELP to any text from us, or contact us using the details below.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your mobile number is described in our privacy policy.
